My journey began with my deep curiosity about the body’s wisdom, ancestral reconnection, cycle breaking, and the ways in which we can hold space for people through rites of passage. Naturally, I became enthralled with the beauty of pregnancy, birth, and the initiation into parenthood and was called to support new parents while they do this important work.
I have always been drawn to moments of transition (the places where people are becoming, grieving, growing, and finding new versions of themselves). I am called to witness these moments while providing a depth of presence, care, and rituals that help people feel held during these times of change.
Part of my own journey has been learning how to offer myself the tenderness, protection, and care that every person deserves. This process of reparenting myself has shaped the way I understand support.
I support families by preparing nourishing food, tending to the body, cultivating rest, and honouring the stories and traditions passed down through our lineages while making space for new patterns. It is such an honour to be invited to witness these beautiful moments and support new parents as they nurture the next generation!

My approach
My practice weaves together evidence-based birth support, somatic awareness, herbalism, folk styles of bodywork, and traditional approaches to postpartum care.
I believe the body carries immense wisdom, and that birth is often best supported by working with the body rather than against it. I have a passion for physiological birth and home birth, while supporting families wherever they are birthing, including those navigating higher-risk situations.
Whether someone is planning a home birth, preparing for a hospital birth, or navigating unexpected changes, my role is to offer grounded support that honours their choices, values, and circumstances. Compassionate, respectful care belongs in every birth space.
