Below is an overview of my pricing and billing options. I intentionally work with a small number of families each month so I can bring a grounded presence and provide more in-depth care. My pricing model allows me to be well rested and be fully present during each family’s unique journey.

Additional fees may apply for longer commutes outside of the City of Vancouver. Prices listed do not include GST.

Insurance and Grant Coverage

I am approved for reimbursement through workplace extended health care plans and HSAs (health spending accounts) including Carrot, Sun Life, and potentially others – check with your provider to confirm!

I am approved for the Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program which covers up to $1200 per pregnancy for full spectrum doula services for Indigenous families (remainder negotiable).

I am also a member of the National Collaboration for Doula Access which periodically offers grant coverage for low income BIPOC families to access doula services.

Investment of $2,890

Includes the following:

• 3 prenatal sessions, in-person or virtual (2 hours long)
• Phone and text support from hire until 4 weeks after birth
• On-call from 32 weeks gestation
• Back up doula coverage
• TENS machine use
• Access to book lending library
• Support for the birth
• 1 postpartum visit
• Herbal care, somatic processing, and abhyanga massage
• Birth pool can be added on separately (details below)

Birth Pool Rentals for Home Births

I’m thrilled to share that I am partnered with Rylie Geant of New Spirit Arrivals, a trusted local business and the leading birth pool rental company in British Columbia.

Rylie handles all the details – from providing the birth pool and everything needed to set it up, use it, and take it down; including a brand new liner and high quality hose with every rental. I can take care of the setup and post-birth cleanup. Our shared goal is to reduce your mental load, offer peace of mind, and make the entire process as seamless as possible.

Or, you can pick up the rental in East Vancouver, and have Rylie pick it up post-birth starting at $25**

Tending the (Heart)h

holistic Postpartum Care for the Golden Month

$2890 (herbs and massage oils are provided – groceries are to be purchased in advance by the family)

Four in-home postpartum care visits (~6 hours) combining nourishing meal preparation, herbal support, and restorative bodywork.

The package also includes a prenatal visit (2 hours, in person or virtual) to connect and get to know each other more as well as discuss preferences around food/bodywork and plan a menu and grocery list for each week.
