Milky Oat Tops – Nourishes the nervous system, helpful for “wired and tired” nerves.

Nettle Leaf – A nutritive powerhouse, high in minerals like iron, which helps build blood and boost vitality.

Damiana – a traditional herbal remedy often used for tiredness, burnout, and nervous exhaustion. It acts as a mild tonic and nervine, helping to restore energy levels and calm the nervous system.

Eleuthero – A classic adaptogen for handling chronic stress and low energy.

Licorice Root – Supports adrenals, soothes the GI tract, improves taste, and harmonizes the other herbs in the formula. Has a long history in TCM as a “guide herb” which describes its ability to support formulas to work better together and delivers the medicine where it needs to go.

This is an alcohol free formula – made with food grade vegetable glycerin. This reduces inflammation that alcohol-based tinctures bring and are better suited for people who do not drink for health and sobriety reasons.

This blend was made slowly and with intention. The suggested use is a dropper full when needed. It comes in a large, 4oz (120ml) amber bottle. It can be kept at room temperature (ideally in a dark, cool space) for 1-2 years – to extend the shelf life, you can keep it in the fridge. The peak potency is within 6-12 months.

The herbs are sourced either from certified organic farms; are sustainably wild-foraged; or are grown without chemicals – or they are from my local Chinatown! Fair wages and working conditions for the people growing or harvesting the herbs are also taken into consideration.
