30g of organic, fair trade, + ethically/sustainably harvested blend of the following: hawthorn leaf, flower, and berries; rose petal; motherwort; linden leaf and flower; and tulsi (rama)

More About the Herbal Allies:

Motherwort strengthens the cardiovascular and nervous system. Its gentle and mothering spirit tends to your heart.

Tulsi (also known as Holy Basil) is an adaptogenic herb used for stress relief and nervous system support, among many other benefits.

Rose provides gentle support for the heart to stay soft and open after loss. It has anti-depressant qualities and lifts the spirits.

Linden supports the cardiovascular system and the nervous system. It supports the heart and mind, and brings ease to the physical symptoms of grief.

Hawthorn supports the cardiovascular system and the emotional heart. It is the guardian of thresholds, marking where the veil grows thin. It is a calming nervine that can soften anger and open the heart. It provides fortification and protection as you let go and move forward.
