Heart to Hara Glycerite
The Hara is the energy center around the womb in Japanese belief system. When ki (or qi) is flowing freely from the heart to the hara, it brings grounding, lightness, and creative energy to our system. This glycerite was formulated to bring harmony to the womb and bring softness to the heart. It can ease cramps, whether it be from menstruation or postpartum after-pains – although consult an herbalist or care provider if you are breastfeeding. This is a beautiful gift to yourself or to a loved one who deals with cramps and/or who wants to deep connection with their cycle.
This is an alcohol free formula – made with food grade vegetable glycerin. This reduces inflammation that alcohol-based formulas bring and are better suited for people who do not drink for health and sobriety reasons.
This blend was made slowly and with intention. It is quite concentrated so the suggested use is a dropper full per day in the 2-3 days leading up to your period and the first couple days of bleeding (or as needed). It comes in a 2oz (60ml) amber bottle.
The herbs are sourced either from certified organic farms; are sustainably wild-foraged; or are grown without chemicals. Fair wages and working conditions for the people growing or harvesting the herbs are also taken into consideration.
