This tea is beautifully sensual and restorative. It will nourish you, ground you, and bring you gentle upliftment in times you feel frazzled or discombobulated. It can be enjoyed every day as this blend is gentle and tonifying.

Pouch contains 50g of loose leaf herbal tea.

Herbal Allies:

Milky Oat Tops – Nourish the nervous system, helpful for “wired and tired” nerves. These are the immature seed heads of the common oat plant (Avena sativa), harvested during a brief 7–10 day “milky stage” when they release a white, milky latex.

Nettle Leaf – A nutritive powerhouse, high in minerals like iron, which helps build blood and boost vitality.

Rose – contains antioxidants, improves digestion, and relieves stress and menstrual cramps. And it is a beautifully sensual and fragrant plant that can invite you back into your body as you enjoy this warm tea!

The herbs are sourced either from certified organic farms; are sustainably wild-foraged; or are grown without chemicals – or they are from my local Chinatown! Fair wages and working conditions for the people growing or harvesting the herbs are also taken into consideration.

• A $10 discount is available for every $100 spent if you pay cash in-person (contact me for this option instead of going through my website’s check out)!
